I like Michael Kontraros’ designs very much, there is something disturbing and dark about them, as with most of his work. Thanatos is a very “ornate” miniature, many elements and structures, an interesting painting challenge. Well painted, it will be a decoration of any gallery, because the sculpture itself is unique.
Bardzo lubię projekty Michaela Kontrarosa, jest w nich coś niepokojącego i mrocznego, jak zresztą większość jego twórczości. Thanatos to bardzo “ozdobna” miniaturka, wiele elementów i struktur, ciekawe wyzwanie malarskie. Dobrze pomalowana, będzie stanowić ozdobę każdej galerii, bo rzeźba sama w sobie jest unikalna.
